Le sac Chanel Boy a été lancé par Karl Lagerfeld pour la collection automne/hiver 2011, s'inspirant d'une cartouchière de chasseur portée par Coco Chanel. Son nom est un hommage à Arthur "Boy" Capel, le premier grand amour de Gabrielle Chanel. Le sac incarne l'esprit androgyne et « garçonne » de Coco, combinant des lignes structurées, une chaîne épaisse et un fermoir orné du logo CC.
